(Ages 50+) Ready to master the Fitness Zone? This class guides you through various stations across the fitness zone with the goal of helping you learn how to use the equiptment. You'll move through these circuits in a guided workout led by Mariana (a certifed personal trainer). Equipment examples include: TRX, battle ropes, treadmills, cable machine, stair climbers, and so much more. Beginner level class, no experience necessary!

What to bring:

• Athletic clothes and shoes
• Water bottle

The Fitness Zone Circuit Orientaiton helps educate participants on the Fitness Zone equiptment. The goal is to provide an introduction to the fitness equiptment and Fitness Zone best pratices so that participants feel confident in using the equiptment without guidance. You'll also be getting a full-body workout that focuses on cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and flexibility work. 

Refund Policy:

Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before activity start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
