(Ages 18+) Ready for a new way to stay fit? Tap Fitness combines simple tap dance steps with great music for a fun aerobic workout. All steps are taught the day-of and then put into a fast-paced combination that gets the heartbeat going! This activity includes stretching, step practice and an extended dance combination. Please bring a towel, a water bottle, and tap shoes if you have them. For those without tap shoes, stretch on taps that fit over a sneaker are provided to use during class. 

All levels welcome - no dance experience required.

Refund and Transfer Policy: 

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to the activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. No refunds are issued for cancellations received less than 3 business days before the start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable. Exceptions can be made for illness.
