Description :

(Ages 18+) Learn the art of Qigong safely from a professional Martial Arts instructor. Designed for participants ages 18 and older who will learn about personal space, and balance. Care for the body and mind with gentle, whole-body movements of qigong (pronounced 'chee-gung'). Help the mind let go of its chatter and allow the body to relax and open, helping you to move through your environment in a balanced and safe way. Please wear clothes that allow for easy movement. No prior experience necessary.

Refund and Transfer Policy:

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
