The Art Studio at Grass Lawn Park is available for reservation Saturdays only, starting May 1st through September 30. Reservations are from 10am-5pm only. 

Redmond residents can reserve the space 90 days in advance and Non-residents can reserve 75 days in advance. 

The Art Studio at Grass Lawn park is located in the north east end of the park, adjacent to the parking lot and restrooms. Rental of the Art Studio includes the covered area with running water, electrical outlets, and access to grill adjacent to building. It has 18 rolling tables (5x2ft), and 30 chairs, creating a capacity for a maximum of 30 guest. 

Rental of the Art Studio does not include use of the fire place, or space heaters. 

Grass Lawn Park is ADA accesible, has 2 parking lots, a children's play area, sunny & shaded lawns, basketball courts and restrooms. For more information, please call 425-556-2300. 

A $100 Damage Deposit will be charged to every transaction, and returned a week after rental, if all room's Standards of Care are completed. 

Refund Policy: Cancellations received at least 21 days prior to reservation date receive a full refund, minus the $15.25 contract/change fee. Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to reservation date are not elligible for a refund. Reservation dates cannot be transfered once booked.
