Salida’s Department of Parks and Recreation operates the City’s recreational facilities, programming as well as our many Parks, Trails and Open spaces. The Department is responsible for our historic Hot Springs Aquatic Center, Skate Park, Whitewater Park, 36 acres of parkland and miles of trails that crossect our town and lead into the mountains.
