Interested in learning how to play the guitar, but not looking for private lessons just yet? Perhaps you’ve taken lessons before, or even tried to teach yourself, but you just aren’t getting as far as you’d like. 

Learning the guitar in a small group context can be incredibly rewarding, especially with a teacher who is well-educated, student-centered, and versed in all genres and forms of reading and playing the guitar. With your instructor, Jaden Knowles, your group interests inform what songs and forms he focuses on for the duration of your class. 

This class goes over the basic fundamentals of playing the guitar (chords, tabs, rhythm, etc.), while offering enriching material for those at higher levels. It is aimed at making students feel connected, while defining and pursuing their goals and applying fundamental skills through the context of a song. Jaden is an encouraging teacher who believes all students at any age can learn the guitar, and if you’re interested, he also offers private lessons for further education.
