Class Overview

This 3-week program is for kids ages 7-10 to explore the world of 3D printing! Through hands-on computer modeling and printing, they'll learn how 3D printing works, how to print a file, and how to make and modify their own designs. This is a great class for kids who are new to 3D printing or leveling up existing skills.

What You'll Learn

• How 3D printers work and key vocabulary
• Independent use of a printer, from setting up the file to printing it
• Basics of CAD (computer-aided design), including making changes to existing objects and making your own object to print out

• Closed-toe shoes required
