Thirty minutes, one cozy story, and a lot of big feelings made small enough to talk about. Slumberkins brings characters like Sloth, Otter, and Bigfoot into circle time with your little one, using their stories to name emotions, practice calm-down tools, and build the kind of confidence that starts with "I know what to do when I feel this way." It's soft, it's short, and it's exactly the right size for ages 3–5.
