Description :
This is a coed, 4-week specialized training and drills program for intermediate adult players (18+) with previous tennis experience (self-rating of 3.5+ **the rating chart can be viewed on the Tennis Alberta website, under Tournaments ->Tournament Play). Singles and doubles tactics, technical instruction, competitive play, and fitness will be an integral part of this fun filled, high energy tennis experience designed to improve your game.
