Minimum number of guests

***Please note: We need a minimum of two people to run a Waterfall Ice Adventure Tour. If we do not have the required numbers, we will contact you to reschedule and, if that is not possible, will refund your purchase in full.**

Weather

We are climbing ice in the winter but we don't want you to suffer! We do have a cold weather policy and will contact you if the weather forecast calls for temperatures too low to climb. We will do our best to find a suitable weather day; if rescheduling is not possible, you will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payment can be made either by credit card or by "e-check." E-check means direct withdrawal from your bank account.

Technical stuff

If you have any trouble with booking, first double check that your browser settings allow popups. Next, try clearing the cache in your browser and refreshing.
