Welcome to Equinox Adventures!

Adventure Camp is Monday to Friday except Yukon statutory holidays.

Drop Ins

  • We open up drop in spots on a week to week basis. Join our mailing list or follow us on Facebook and Instagram to learn when drop in spots will be available.

Waitlist

  • Anytime a week is full, add your camper to the waitlist and we will contact you if a spot opens up. Often when there are several campers on the waitlist, we add another group to accomodate as many campers as we can. It's worthwhile to be on the waitlist!

Payment

There are two options for payment:

1) You can pay the full balance at the time of registration.

2) You can pay a deposit of $50 to register your camper. Amilia will ask you for your payment details and the balance will be charged to your account 21 days before the start day of camp. You may pay in advance of that date if you wish by logging into your Amilia account.

Payment can be made either by credit card or by "e-check." E-check means direct withdrawal from your bank account.

If you have any trouble with registering, first double check that your browser settings allow popups. Next, try clearing the cache in your browser and refreshing.

A note about one on one support

Please note: Camp involves large groups of children (up to 12 in each group), group activities, and activities that may be new to some children. Please let us know if your camper experiences difficulties in these situations. Through our years of experience running camp, we have found that children will succeed in a summer camp environment when they have the same or similar supports as they do at school. For this reason we have the following policy for all Equinox camps, no exceptions:

***Campers who have a dedicated support worker at school must have a support worker to accompany them at camp.***

Let us know if your camper will need one on one support. There are funding sources that you may be eligible for; alternatively, we may be able to provide one of our own staff for a fee. Please get in touch with us to discuss.

Cancellations and changes

  • Get in touch with us at the email above if you would like to cancel or switch camp weeks.
  • *NEW* A $50 admin fee will be retained for all cancellations and changes.

***Cancellations made within 21 days before your camp week start date will not receive a refund.**
