How to Book: (Opens March 1 to book between March 15-November 15)
Step 1. Pick Duration using the dropdown menu. Select from 2 up to 10 hours, not booking proper duration could result in additional fees.
Step 2. Select Date and timeframe
Step 3. Answer questions about the event.
Step 4. Add additional permits, if applicable.
Step 5. Check out and enjoy your event!
ADDRESS: 200 Colliers Boulevard
PARK AMENITIES: multi-purpose field, small playground, walking trails, one portable restroom. Park size: 6.6 acres.
SHELTER AMENTIES: small shelter with two tables, one grill, and one trash can. Total shelter occupancy: 16.
PARKING: Limited parking lot parking, street parking.
SPECIAL FEATURES: Outdoor fitness equipment.
ELECTRICITY: None
OPEN CONTAINER PERMIT: If you plan to serve alcohol at any of the above locations, you must complete the Open Container Permit Application form and submit it to the Town Clerk’s office at Town Hall 10 (ten) days prior to the event. ADDITIONAL FIELD RENTAL: If you plan to rent an athletic field rental (ex. Ballfield, Soccer field or Basketball) in addition to your shelter rental, please visit Athletic Fields Rental.
EDIT/CANCELATION: Refund requests made at least 14 days prior to the date of reservation will receive 100% refund. (-5% administration fee). Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of reservation will receive 50% refund (-5% administration fee). You can opt for an Amilia account credit to avoid the 5% administrative fee that can be applied to future purchases. If you need to edit your time/date or cancel your reservation, please email rentals@erieco.gov.
