Welcome to Erie's Therapeutic/Adaptive Programs! 

In the beginnings of this endeavor, programs are designed for all abilities, but specifically for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and any physical disabilities that may coincide with them. As the program grows, we are eager to add in more specialized opportunities. 

Please note: We are so excited you are interested in joining this program and would love to have you. While we work to build out these programs, we ask that if a participant needs 1:1 support, a parent, caregiver, adult friend, etc. attend the program with the participant to provide support.
Additionally, Erie Staff will not be able to provide personal care support, so we ask that if personal care needs are required, someone be available to support the participant. We hope to be able to support all levels of needs through staff and volunteers in the future and appreciate your understanding as we grow and begin to run programs!

If you are registering for a program, please fill out the Participant Information Packet below in addition to completing registration! Registration through the activities below will confirm your spot, then the information packet is required so we can support each individual as best as possible. This packet will only be required once a year.
