Parent Info

There will be a Parent Info Notice attached to your registration confirmation. Please be sure to read this notice as they are full of important information on how to prepare your child for an entire day at our 2025 summer camp.

Registration

All of our camp themes are repeated in the second half of summer except for our music themed session, Harmonic Discoveries, in Week 6. We strongly encourage signing up for each camp theme once in order to allow other children the opportunity to experience the camp.

(e.g. Please consider not registering for Molecule Madness in Week 9 if you have registered for Molecule Madness in Week 3 or vice versa.)

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the start of a program are eligible for a full refund or credit, minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations made 1 to 2 weeks prior are eligible for a 50% refund or credit. Cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior are eligible for a 25% refund or credit. No refund or credit will be given if a cancellation is made 3 days before the start of a program or later. We greatly appreciate any cancellation notifications as far in advance as possible
