Private Lesson Groups (Ages 6+)
Small Group | 1 Hour Per Weekly Block
Train in a focused group of 3 fencers while receiving dedicated coaching time.
• 20 minutes of dedicated private coaching per fencer
• Additional drills and guided training
• Ongoing weekly training through structured lesson blocks, with the flexibility to register in multiple blocks

• Building consistency and routine • Developing fundamentals • Training alongside peers

Individual Private Lesson Blocks (Ages 11+)
1-on-1 Coaching | 30 Minutes Per Weekly Block
Train one-on-one with a coach for fully personalized development.
• 30-minute private lesson
• Direct coaching tailored to your goals
• Focused work on technique, tactics, and performance
• Continuous weekly training, with the option to register in multiple blocks

• Accelerated development • Competition preparation • Targeted skill improvement

IMPORTANT NOTE:

As we begin building our Sabre program, please note that Fencing Calgary remains primarily an Épée-focused organization. Sabre is being introduced for the first time this season and is still in the early stages of development.

Sabre group classes will be offered exclusively at our Wildwood location, while Sabre Private Lesson Blocks will be available only at our Fencing Calgary South location.

When registering, please ensure you select the correct type of private lessons. In particular, athletes enrolled in our competitive Train Program should continue registering for Épée private lessons, as Épée remains the primary weapon offered within the competitive program at this time. Please review your registration carefully before completing enrollment.
