Description :

This workshop offers concrete tools for acrobatic research, designed for both circus arts teachers and students. It aims to equip participants in their artistic process, whether to enrich their own practice or to enhance their teaching. Through guided explorations and creative prompts, each participant will be invited to develop a personal movement vocabulary, highlighting their physical and artistic qualities. While the focus is on floor acrobatics, the content is designed to be transferable to other disciplines, including aerial arts. The goal is to create a space for dialogue between technique and expression, where acrobatics becomes a tool for sensitive exploration and creation.
