Description : Build your muscles and strengthen your core using the trapeze, rope, silks and more. This is the perfect class to take before Introduction to Aerial Arts or Beginning Aerial Silks. If you just want a fun and challenging workout - this is the class for you! We will also be using medicine & stability balls, balance boards, and free weights in our quest for a stronger, leaner, fitter body. No experience necessary.
