Description :

This gentle, research-based Sleep Talk Workshop is designed for new parents who want to understand infant sleep without pressure, schedules, or sleep training. Is that you?...us too.

We’ll explore how babies actually sleep, why night waking is normal, and how biology, development, and temperament all play a role—so you can let go of unrealistic expectations and tune into what’s truly supportive for your family.

Grounded in current research and responsive care, the class offers practical tools to improve rest and reduce stress while honouring your baby’s needs and your own well-being. You’ll learn ways to support sleep gently, adapt to changing stages, and make informed choices that feel right for you—without crying it out, rigid routines, or “fixing” your baby.

This is a space for reassurance, evidence, and compassion. Come as you are, tired and curious, and leave feeling more confident, informed, and supported. Facilitated by doula, parenting coach, and therapist Sonja Martin.

Parents will leave with:

* Greater understanding of infant development

* Tools and tips for more rest for your baby and YOU.

* Skills to navigate the social media "sleep advice" noise.

* A greater support structure.
