The Greater High Point Senior Games is a year-round health promotion and wellness education program for adults "50 years of age and better." Registration for the 2026 Senior Games and Silver Arts opens January 2! An early bird
discount rate of $12 is offered through February 15; the $15 regular rate is in effect February 1 - March 31. 

Senior Games athletic events include badminton, basketball shooting, billiards, bocce, bowling, cornhole, croquet, cycling, shot put, discus throw, standing and running long jumps, football throw, golf, horseshoes, pickleball, shuffleboard, softball throw, swimming, table tennis, tennis and track events. Other competitions include chair volleyball, Wii bowling, bingo and a spelling bee. 

SilverArts provides a stage for the creative talents of visual, heritage, literary and performing artists.
