Description :

Participants will work on improving flexibility and strength, focus on improving balance in standing poses and develop mindfulness and relaxation techniques. We will learn seated and standing positions for strength and balance, then practice stretching, followed by a brief relaxation and meditation period to conclude the session. Participants should be able to maintain both seated and standing positions with the assistance of a chair. Registration is required; please contact the Senior Center at 336.883.3584.
