The Counselor in Training (CIT) program is designed to offer hands-on experience in leadership and child development. Participants will work daily assisting with activities, engaging with campers and learning the skills needed to become a future counselor.

The program is divided into two sessions: Session #1 runs from June 16 – July 11, and Session #2 from July 14 – August 8, each lasting 4 weeks. During each session, participants will work daily Monday – Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

We are seeking reliable applicants with flexible and open availability, along with excellent attendance throughout the program. A strong interest in working with children is essential, as participants will play an active role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the kids they work with.

This is a volunteer position.
