Natural life begins to change as the sun sets. Diurnal animals that are active during the day head off to rest while crepuscular (twilight) and then nocturnal (night) animals begin to stir. 

EcoEvenings is designed to give participants a look into what happens as the shifts change from diurnal to nocturnal in the natural outdoor spaces of the Piedmont. Each week we will dive into more depth on a specific subject while observing the changes as the summer months pass. 

Participants should be prepared to spend time on the trails throughout the program. Please note that children must have an adult registered with them and accompany them at all times. Flashlights will be provided.
