This 75-minute Meditation and Journaling Workshop focuses on balancing the seven energy centers (or chakras) in the body. In this workshop, you’ll explore different breathwork techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety, which you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. We'll dive deep into meditation to connect with your inner self, followed by guided journaling prompts to help you gain clarity and insight. Regular journaling and meditation can enhance self-awareness and emotional well-being. Please bring your own journal or use the pens and paper provided. All levels are welcome—come ready to relax, reflect, and rejuvenate!
