Does your 6-8 year old have a day off from school and nothing to do? Is your child crazy about animals? Join the Humane Society of Oakville, Milton & Halton for one of our animal-themed P.A. Day programs! Learn all about animals and meet some of our furry, feathered, or scaled friends!

Our education team uses innovative games, crafts, and animal interactions to help children gain a sense of understanding and empathy for all types of animals. Animal interactions are dependent on the availability of child-friendly animals in our care. While we do our best to include animals that align with the theme, this is not always guaranteed.

Each P.A. Day has a different exciting animal theme! Options include:

• Cats and kittens
• Dogs and puppies
• Rabbits
• Reptiles
• Small animals

Dates

Our P.A. Day Program dates correspond with those outlined in the school year calendar for the Halton District School Board. For a list of specific dates and themes, please refer to our registration forms, or contact us for more information.

Hours

Our P.A. Day Programs are half-day sessions only. You can choose from:

• Morning: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Afternoon: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Please note: We do not offer before- or after-care outside of these hours.
