Journey across the world, or create a fantasy land all your own! In MovieMakers: Epic Adventure, we’ll focus on cinematography to make larger-than-life movies that have to be seen on the big screen.

The week starts with a question: how do you tell a big story in just a few minutes? Working in groups, filmmakers will craft epic screenplays using the Hero's Journey structure, used in movies from The Wizard of Oz to Toy Story, to craft epic screenplays. Then they'll bring their stories to life with the power of camerawork, performance, production design, and music! We'll cap off the workshop with a screening of the finished adventure movies at the Vinegar Hill Theatre.
