Marian Gymnastics Spring Session Registration and Important Information

At Marian Gymnastics, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality gymnastics programs that inspire children of all ages to grow in confidence, motivation, self-esteem, and resilience. Our professional coaching staff is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where each participant can thrive.

Spring Session Dates
April 28th - June 21st
No classes on May 17th, 18th, and 19th.

Important Notice: Registration Funding through Kidsport and Jumpstart
When applying for Kidsport and Jumpstart funding, please list Maximum Gymnastics as the program name, as the bank will only accept cheques payable to "Maximum Gymnastics."

Registration Instructions

1. Select your desired program.

2. Choose your preferred day and time (or skip to Step 4 by clicking the "+" icon to the right).

3. Click the Register button - Note you may be required to purchase a GymSask Membership if you have not yet purchased one this fiscal year (Sept 1st 2024 - Aug 31st 2025).

4. Log in to your Amilia account or create one if you are a new user.

5. Complete your transaction within 30 minutes. Your cart will appear in the top right corner of the screen.

Payment Options

• In the event of a missed payment (e.g., NSF, expired credit card), please contact the Recreational Program Manager immediately to arrange payment. If the outstanding balance is not cleared within 3 business days, the gymnast will not be allowed to participate until fees are paid in full. Marian Gymnastics reserves the right to withhold access to equipment for gymnasts with unpaid balances.

Gym Sask Membership
All participants must have a Gymnastics Saskatchewan (Gym Sask) membership, which is valid until August 2025. Membership fees are nonrefundable and are directed to Gymnastics Saskatchewan for insurance purposes.

Refund Policy

• Gym Sask Fees: Nonrefundable after classes begin.

• Class Fees: Refunds are only issued for medical reasons, with a prorated refund provided upon submission of a medical certificate or doctor’s note. A $25 administration fee applies. Alternatively, a prorated credit can be issued for future use.
