Level Breakdown:

• Stroke School is an optional class after Titans 2C graduation. Swimmers will focus on improving technique for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Swimmers can enroll in Stroke School if they do not wish to join a competitive swim team. 

Helpful Hints

• Click HERE to schedule an evaluation if you are unsure which level to choose.
• For Registration, the 6-lesson package does not automatically register the classes. Please be sure to choose 6 individual times when registering for the classes.
• To UN-register using a multipass, follow the same steps for registration. There will now be an Unregister button when you select the class.
• All swimmers receive a progress card at their first class or swimmer evaluation. This is used to track swimmer progress. Please bring the card to each class.

Cancellation Policy:

• • If the cancellation is more than 24 hours in advance:
    •  Multipass or Single Lesson Purchase - cancel via your Amilia account or by calling the front desk at 919-459-4045
    • Cancellation request - submit this form.
  • If the cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance and within the 7-day period after the class has taken place:
    • ALL: you MUST include a doctor’s note when you submit this form.
    • No other means of communication will be accepted.
  • If the cancellation is more than 7 days after the class:
    • No return will be issued, even if a doctor’s note is submitted.
