Cue the Crew is a theatre usher and audience services training program for adults with developmental disabilities and autism who are interested in pursuing front-facing and customer-focused employment opportunities. The program is designed to assist participants with job readiness while developing confidence and employment-centred social skills. In addition to in-class training, participants will be offered job-shadowing opportunities from experienced theatre ushers and front of house professionals in the MNjcc's own Al Green Theatre.

New this season, Cue the Crew participants will attend an outing to the CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre on Sunday, October 25th. This outing will include a guided tour of the theatre, a conversation with an experienced Mirvish usher, and performance of Hell's Kitchen.
