Description :

She’s back! After wowing The Speakers Annex with her recent programs on the history of food, culinary historian Dr. Laura Carlson returns with this fun new series on the world’s meccas of food. From Rome’s temples to pasta, to Tokyo’s sushi masters and neighbourhood noodle shops, to Barcelona’s markets and world-renowned tapas bars, she’ll explore the delicious histories and vibrant cultural landscapes of a series of wonderful cities, revealing the food traditions and dishes they’ve given the world.

Fasten your bibs and your seatbelts for a globe-trotting adventure with one of our favourite speakers, as she leads this celebration of food, glorious food!
