Description :

Designed for all performance levels, novice to professional, participants will explore the fundamental elements of musical theatre audition preparation techniques and performance. They will also identify how to use their body, lyrics, and the music to communicate stories they are telling. Sessions require active participation. Students should be prepared to sing and move daily. The two week (6 session) progression will culminate with a mock musical theatre audition adjudicated by Broadway industry professionals.

Prérequis : Class is performance-based and singing is required. While no previous experience is necessary, an interest in Musical Theatre and the process of auditioning for a musical is a must! Previous attendees MAY repeat to expand their book and receive feedback.
