Description :

Dance Audition Prep is a 6-week program designed to prepare young aspiring dancers (Middle School and High School) for dance auditions of any type—whether for specialized school placement, conservatory or dance school opportunities, or performing opportunities.  The program is uniquely structured to fine-tune the principal techniques critical for many aspiring dancers: ballet, modern (Horton), and jazz. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to train with various industry professionals, teaching them key strategies and tips to approaching the intensive auditions processes and dynamics more successfully and with greater confidence. Students will learn: Ballet and Horton technique daily Body conditioning and injury prevention Personal audition guidance/mentorship Benefits: Build confidence and a healthy approach to auditioning Learn to accept and implement feedback and constructive criticism

Prérequis : Must have at least 2 years of general dance training and 1 yr of Ballet or Modern dance training.
