Rental Rules and Expectations 

• It is the renter's responsibility to renturn all facilities to how said facility looked upon arrival. 
• Return all items to their original location at the end of your rental.
• This may include any or all of the following: sweeping, mopping, wiping down tables, chairs and counters, picking up trash inside and outside the facility, taking trash to the dumpster, and cleaning the microwave and refrigerator. If any of the steps are not followed a cleaning charge will incur. 
• Please do not place any pins, tacks, nails, tape, or command strips on our walls. Any holes, marks, or damage to walls will incur a (minimum) $50 damage fee and could affect ability to have future rentals. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Written notice of cancellation of any rental given prior to thirty (30) days of said rental is eligible for a refund of seventy-five percent (75%), excluding taxes and fees. A twenty-five (25%) cancellation charge applies.
• No refund will be given 30 days or less before said reservation. 
• All refunds are awarded in the form of an account credit.
• We do not offer rain checks/refunds for weather.
• Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of all fees, taxes, and deposits.
