"Shake, Rattle, and Roll"
Join us for a fun-filled parent and tots movement class designed for little ones aged 2 to 4! This lively program combines music, movement, and parent-child bonding, creating a joyful environment for all.

Highlights:

• Move and Groove: Toddlers explore movements like bouncing, stretching, and crawling to develop motor skills and coordination.
• Sing Along: Enjoy simple songs that encourage movement and aid in language development.
• Fun Equipment: From colorful scarves to shakers, we use various props to make each class exciting and engaging.
• Parent-Child Bonding: Share special moments as you actively participate in your child's physical growth journey.
• Love for Movement: We make exercise fun, helping toddlers develop a positive attitude towards staying active.

Program Details:

• Location: St.Adolphe Hall
• When: Wednesdays Starting January 8th-March 19th, 5:30-6:30 PM
• Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour
• Dress Code: Wear comfy clothes and non-slip socks or soft clean shoes.
