Embark on the next step of your child's skating adventure with Learn to Skate Level 2! This exciting program is designed for children aged 4 and up who are ready to build on their basic skating skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Program Details:

• Location: Ste-Agathe Arena
• Time: Sundays from 10:40 AM to 11:10 AM
• Dates: Starting October 20th until December 15th

Program Highlights:

• Optional Parent/Guardian Participation: While parents/guardians are not required to be on the ice, it is strongly encouraged for those who wish to assist their child. Both participants and caregivers must have basic skating abilities.
• Skill Development: This program focuses on advancing forward and backward skating, stopping, and gliding techniques. Participants will also be introduced to one-foot glides and backward gliding.
• Prerequisites: Children must be able to stand up on their own, skate unassisted, and follow instructions without help. If these requirements are not met, participants may be moved to Level 1.
• Safety First: All participants and caregivers must wear CSA-approved helmets and either hockey or figure skates.

This is the perfect program for those who have completed Level 1 or have some prior experience on the ice. Our expert instructors will guide participants through the fundamentals while fostering a safe and enjoyable learning experience.
