Cancellation Policy

Ritchot Recreation reserves the right to cancel any programs at its discretion. In any such cases, fees will be refunded in full. Decision on cancelling a program will be made an avergae of 7 days prior to the program starting.

Refund/Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy

The following policy outlines the regulations and circumstances for cancellations and refunds for the Ritchot Recreation programs.

For program participants, cancellations must be made a minimum of 10 business days prior to the start of the program for a full refund less a $15 +GST administrative fee if the cancellation is at the discretion of the client.
After this date a partial refund may only be granted at the discretion of the Recreation Department.
After the start time of the program has passed no refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued for amounts less than $10.
