Libero/D.S. Clinic Program Highlights:

Position-Specific Skill Development:
Libero and DS players will engage in specialized drills focused on improving quick lateral movement, precise passing techniques, and advanced defensive positioning. Emphasis will be placed on perfecting serve-receive and digging skills to ensure consistency and accuracy in every play.

Game Simulation and Reaction Training:
Libero and DS players will practice in high-intensity game-like scenarios designed to enhance their ability to read hitters, make split-second defensive decisions, and transition quickly between digging, covering tips, and making defensive plays.

Court Awareness and Strategy:
The clinic will help liberos and DSs improve their court awareness, focusing on positioning relative to their teammates and reading the opponent’s offense. Players will learn how to take control of the back row, communicate effectively, and make strategic decisions to keep the defense organized.

Performance Training:
Run by our Performance Coach, each session will include 20-30 minutes of performance training designed to enhance speed, agility, and reaction time. This training will help players develop explosive movements, improve quickness on the court, and increase their overall athleticism for faster defensive plays.

Mentorship and Coaching:
Libero and DS players will receive guidance from Coach Manius and his team of experienced coaches who provide personalized feedback and tactical advice. Players will gain the confidence and skills needed to excel as defensive specialists.
