Thank you for your interest in the OPFS Llama House Part-Day Preschool Program! 

Please only complete this form if you are enrolling your student in our part-day program for children ages 3 to 5.  Children should be 3 by 10/1/2026.  Inquiries should contact info@opfs.org.

Spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

In order to complete your application, you need to pay both the initial registration fees and the first month's tuition. These fees are non-refundable.  Please view our tuition page for both the tuition rates and the cancellation policies.

The total amount shown during sign up is the amount for entire school year.  The monthly rate will be broken down appropriately in the installment payment plan.
