Starting with calming seated meditation and guided breathing, this slow-paced yoga class is accessible to all students’ abilities. Use our props to make any pose easier (for more support) or more challenging (for more range of motion). Emily is experienced at teaching to mixed levels and offering modifications to personalize your experience, so that you find an intentional, authentic connection to your body and mind. You may sweat, you may exhale deeply, and you may leave wanting more. Come try it!
