Volleyball is a unique sport that encompasses precision, agility, power, sportsmanship, and camaraderie. Our volleyball classes will accommodate all skill levels. Participants can expect the class to start with a cardio warm up, followed by drill sets and and skills practice, then ending with partner-work or scrimmages. Participants will learn techniques for passing, setting, serving, and hitting; beginner to advanced court rotations, and the fundamentals of volleyball. At the end of the 6-week session, participants will play in an official scrimmage game where they can showcase what they’ve learned to an audience of family and friends. These sessions will foster friendships, personal development, athleticism, and positivity!
