Enjoy our new lazy river with aqua yoga. This new class will take advantage of flow and resistance of the water in this new pool to warm up the body. We will do many of the standing poses that one would do in a mat class but in chest high in the pool. We will increase strength, flexibility and balance in a fun new way. You are going to love how this class makes you feel.
