Description :

Junior Cheer incorporates tumbling progressions and cheer fundamentals. Students will work on basic progressions: forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, handstand drills, cartwheels, and round-offs. Students will also learn cheer motions, jumps, and stunts.

Ages 5 and up on Wednesdays 6:00p - 7:00p. Classes held at Veterans Memorial Arena.

Elite Cheer is for the cheerleader wanting to step it up. This is a fast paced, condition oriented class including tumble strength and cardio endurance training. Cheer is tough and only the determined should enroll at this level.

All ages based on skill and ability.
