The Royal Avenue Shelter is located adjacent to Ball Diamond #1 / the Lette's Diamond, on the corner of Royal Avenue and Coal Car Drive. Parking is across the street in the Magic Dragon Golf & Games lot. Handicapped restrooms are across Royal Avenue in the Maintenance Building and also behind the Press Box on Ball Diamond #1. The large Kiddie Korral playground and Popcorn Concession stand is close by.

Shelter reservations are made in the Recreation Reception Office located in the Vetreans Memorial Arena, Monday - Friday, during business hours. We reserve for the current year and following year.

You may reserve the shelter from:
8:00 a.m. - Noon
Noon - 4:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. - Dark.   

Whole Shelter Fees are as follows:
Resident: $45
Non-Resident: $85

This whole shelter booking option includes both the East and West halves of the shelter and locks out the possibility of sharing the shelter with another rental group.
