Description :

Join us for an easy, meaningful hour of Torah learning, guided journaling, and conversation. Each week we’ll explore Torah ideas and use short prompts from Thou Shalt Journal to reflect and connect. Hot beverages from around the world will be served at each session. Journal will be provided.

Ari Sasson, a Philadelphia native and 2024 Vanderbilt graduate, created Thou Shalt Journal to help people engage Torah with guided prompts for real-life reflection. His work combines a love of Jewish learning with a practical, accessible approach to personal growth.
