Description :
Freestyle classes are introductory classes that focus on teaching participants to incorporate acrobatic movements into their parkour training. Participants will develop skills such as front flips, back flips, side flips, and wall spins. No previous parkour experience is required to sign up for Freestyle classes.

Notes : Please bring running shoes, a water bottle, and clothes that participants can easily move in.
