The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases: Knowledge Development (classroom) to understand basic principles of scuba diving, Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills, Open Water Dives to use your skills and explore! You may be able to get college credit for the Open Water Diver course. This Certification Course is approximately 7 sessions spread out over 4 weeks. Contact the Instructor for the full schedule. Once the class starts there are no refunds, per PVAC Policy. A swim test is required on the first night, bring appropriate swim attire. There is a $85 supply fee for the workbook and $180 fee for the Dive Boat. Students must meet PADI Standards and attend all sessions for certification. Class Workshops will be held at 575 Dawson Dr, Suite 9, Camarillo, Ca 93012, Pool Sessions will be held at the Pleasant Valley Aquatic Center, Ocean Dives: TBD
