Have you mastered the basic beats and wondering how to incorporate them into transitions and sequences? This workshop is catered to helping participants learn how to utilize beats to create sequences and face your fears with slack drags, half releases, and full releases. Partially dependent on participant level and interest. Get ready to learn to safely fall, and progress to letting go higher up on your apparatus.

This workshop will be primarily focused on aerial rope.
