An introductory workshop that explores the basics of hula hoop performance: spinning the hoop on different parts of the body, manipulating the hoop, balancing it, and multihooping.

About the Instructor: Reece is currently studying circus arts at the National Circus School of Montreal, specializing in Aerial Rope and Hula Hoop. He is eager to have the opportunity to teach his greatest passion!
