In this workshop, professional acrobat Cornell Freeney will be showing you the basics or expanding your spiral skills on the German wheel. Learn how to safely perform spiral skills.  If you can already spiral, great, you will spiral variation with 1-foot, 1-arm, or no arms. This class is also fun with a buddy! Cornell will also be mixing in some partner skills.
