Description :

The class begins with a warm-up to prepare the body for the movements ahead. Children are taught basic ballet positions, such as pliés, tendus, and relevés, which help develop strength, flexibility, and coordination. They learn to control their bodies, improve posture, and execute elegant movements with poise.

In ballet, storytelling through movement is paramount, and children are introduced to the art of conveying emotions and narratives through dance. They explore graceful movements across the floor, practice simple ballet sequences, and learn to perform basic jumps and turns.

Required Dance Attire

Girls - Ballet tights, Black leotard (ballet skirt/tutu optional) and ballet slippers.

Boys - White T-shirt, black pants and ballet slippers 

Hair must be neatly pulled away from the face in any style.
