Lyrical is a fusion of ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, characterized by its expressive movement. Lyrical blends fluidity and grace with powerful, dynamic motion. Movements are flowing, incorporating spins, leaps, and intricate floor work, allowing dancers to connect deeply with the audience.

Dance Attire

• Dancers must wear close fitting clothing in all black. (eg. leggings, dance shorts, leotard, t-shirt or tank top) 
• No baggy clothing
• Hair must be neatly pulled away from the face in any style.
• Dancers can be barefoot or wear jazz shoes or toe undies
